Book Reviews of The Almost Moon: A NovelBook Review: The Almost Moon Summary: 5 Stars
Alice Sebold took me on a "trip into her world" by sharing the inner thoughts and feelings of a woman who killed her mother. I found myself reliving similar incidents from my childhood that I'd quite forgotten about, and she made Helen's decision seem quite plausible. I'll read this one again!
Book Review: Read it for yourself! Summary: 5 Stars
Don't listen to the reviewers.
Read The Almost Moon for yourself.
I absolutely loved it.
It is a raw, beautiful, ugly, powerful book.
Alice Sebold is a daring and brutally honest author who writes about the emotions people are afraid to look at.
Book Review: Another HIT by A. Sebold Summary: 5 Stars
This is a great book. I am a huge fan of Alice Sebold's and couldn't put this down! Her memoir, "LUCKY" was very well written. "THE LOVELY BONES" was a great novel. Now, this.....awesome!!
I can't wait to see what she writes next.
Book Review: Tha Almost Moon Summary: 5 Stars
Used book arrived in a timely manner, is in excellent condition. Great value and service. I am just getting started... it is our Book of the Month for our Book Club. I think it is going to be thought provoking and a good read.
Book Review: short, dark, handsome Summary: 5 Stars
Alice Sebold's "The Almost Moon" has another dark but plausible theme just as her first novel did. Her characters are real and could be our neighbors.
