Dr Ian Smith leaves out the fluff!! this is a straight forward program. the book is easy to read and the program is easy to follow. he offers no quick fixes.. just simply, eat less and exercise "some". i enjoyed reading his book and following the program is easier than i ever thought it would be. great book.

I started this diet when i picked up the book because it was on sale at barnes and noble. I had heard alot about it on Steve Harvey morning show. This was the first diet i have ever done. Started in August did the whole 28 days lost 21 pounds. I am still losing, enjoyed the whole book. Thanks for the push.

Dr. Ian Smith's book is straight forward he gives you examples from his prior clients. This book also gives you a list of great snacks with helpful points on how long & when to exercise. Dr. Ian also emphasized on why you should not focus on the number on the scale but your clothes size...

This book really worked for me - I had tried to lose weight for the last 5 years and I lost 15kgs in around 4 months and also got really fit! The author is just smart and sensible. I recommend that anyone seriously wanting to change to a healthier and happier life reads this book!
