Book Review: Superb!! Summary: 5 Stars
This diet really works!! I have never did a diet that actually works 4 me. But thanks to Dr. Ian i am really losing weight now. I'm only 15 days into the diet and have already lost 10lbs. and that's w/out the recommended exercise. If you incorporate more exercising along w/ this diet plan you will be losing at a rapid pace. Best diet ever!!
Book Review: SOMETHING NEW!! Summary: 5 Stars
This is a wonderful diet book, it offers a ton of advice and it's very motivational. I did atkins for years and was successful. however, for the past 5 years i would yo-yo with my weight. In three weeks i have lost 10 pounds and feel wonderful. The 4 day cleanse was such a great experience that i am considering the vegan lifestyle.

It is an amazing piece of work for those of us who have tried and failed a million times. It's not hard! It is however, healthy and teaching us a fresh way of living. All three family members are on it and doing really well. "The Doctors" were right! It's a good opportunity to treat your body right for a change.

If you are serious about losing weight, this is a must buy. The first 8-10 days is pretty tough, but very effective. The better you plan ahead the easier it is to stick to it. The weight I lost has stayed off going on 9 months. You will start to feel better (Healthier) after the 2nd or 3rd day.Highly recommended.
