One of the best 'self-help' books! The title itself gets your attention. It leads you to look at your thoughts, rather than the events/dramas of your life. It helps you to learn that you are the one that chooses how you feel about an event and you if don't like it, you are also the one who can change it. Very empowering!
Well worth having a copy at home. I've found that I can't keep it on my shelf, as I end up giving it away and have to buy another one.
