This is one the best and most creative stories I have ever read about learning from empirical experiences. I got interested in this story not only because I have a dwarf rabbit as a pet but mostly because this tale of a rabbit community is instructive, giving a good and intelligent account how a society is run, can be jeopardized and all the tools that need to be implemented and cultivated to make it work the best as possible. Read this book if you want to dream as a kind and learn as an adult.Book Review: It is the best book which I have ever read!

I don't know why everyone is comparing this book to the origonal book, they should look at it by itself. I have never read the first watership down, and i'm sure that it is also a good book. I liked many parts of watership downm but i only have one favortie. I especially liked the tales told anout the rabbit legend Elahria. I enjoyed the book greatly, and feel that it is the best book which I have ever read in my life. I hope to read more books by Richard Adams, and plan to enjoy his others.Book Review: One of the best books ever written!

This is a great sequel to the first book. I do wish he had written a little more about Havel, Fiver and the rest, but it was very satisfying. I'm really happy that Richard Adams wrote a sequel and I deeply recommend this book to anyone who read the first one. But a word of caution. If you haven't read the first one, then I would not suggest you read this book. It takes place after Watership Down and might be a little confusing if you haven't read the first one.Book Review: "I love it more than bunnies!" ; )

I haven't read the first book yet, but since everybody else says this book is worse than the first, gosh, I'm going to love the first book. If there's the one greatest thing in this book I must capitalize upon, it would be Speedwell's Story. If you haven't read the book, and want someone to spoil for you, here are three words: sky-blue horse (Or is that two?) I like the El-Thingummy stories best. When I heard there was a sequel to Watership Down I went crazy, I started screaming in the middle of a shop! If you're a fan of Watership Down then this book is a must. However I don't think anyone could claim it's as good as the original. It gets a bit confusing, and you really have to have read the original first to understand the plot. Still, an excellent book. Love Hazel.
