Book Review: Interesting book...
Summary: 3 Stars
I used this in college last semester.
It's an interesting way to learn about history, as an issue from history is presented, and two writers argue contrasting positions.
The flaw though, is that sometimes the writers are arguing slightly different things, and many writings use selective evidence.
(Each side of the argument uses a different half of the evidence, so there is rarely an attempt in any one article to get objective conclusions.)
Also some articles are excepts from books, so they are long and rather confusing.
Still, this can be interesting to read if you like debate or history.
