An incredible book; I did not realize there was so much about my body that I did not understand prior to reading this book. You will be amazed at what you can learn about your fertility. I highly recommend this if you want to understand your monthly cycle, use natural birth control, or are trying to have a baby. It is such valuable information. I am 30 years old and am so glad I learned it all now.

This comprehensive book explains in lucid, assured terms how to practice the fertility awareness method (FAM), a natural, scientifically proven but little-known form of birth control (which is not to be confused with the woefully ineffective "rhythm" method). Author Toni Weschler has been teaching fertility awareness for almost 20 years, and it's only just now gaining in popularity.
