As the title implies, it's great for people who just want to deal with it RIGHT NOW. Just do it! :) i.e. for BD sufferers and their family members who want to skip the technical explanations and jump to want to know what they can do to help. It reads quickly, but you'll need to make some time to do the suggestions.
