Book Review: Finally, some clarity about how the Empty Force work!!!!!!

IMHO:
This book is for intermediate and advanced students of internal martial arts who are already familiar with the form, the feeling of chi and standing meditation. (for beginners I suggest "Chi: How to Feel Your Life Energy by Waysun Liao")
Liao explains extremely clearly and simply how the empty force, which he calls jing, works. He uses the scientific method to explain it.
I'll summarize the essence of the book in one paragraph. Once you are able to feel the chi in your body it is time to go to the next step transforming chi into jing (the empty force). Liao explains that chi is felt as a tingling and jing as an electric current. While practicing standing meditation and feeling the chi in one's body, the practitioner squeezing chi into hisher bones (bone marrow) by tensing one's muscles and using one's mind to direct and squeezes the chi. In doing that one transforms chi (the tingling) into jing (the electric feeling). By cultivation jing, internal micro vibration start to manifest. In time these vibration increase and allow the person to use the jing in a practical and olso martial way. It is the high frequency of these micro vibrations that allow to move/affect external objects and people. Here is the empty force secret.

T'ai Chi Classics presents the inner meaning and techniques of T'ai Chi movements through translations of three core classics of T'ai Chi, often considered the "T'ai Chi Bible." The texts are introduced by three chapters explaining how to increase inner energy (ch'i), transform it into inner power (jing), and project this inner power outward to repel an opponent without physical contact.
