Book Review: A MUST FOR THE FINAL EXAM
Summary: 5 Stars
I highly recommend these Criminal Procedure CDs because they helped me assimilate all of the information I learned in class throughout the semester. Dressler covered many of the cases that we studied in class (in our thick casebook). He gave a brief statement of the facts, highlighted the issues, stated the rule(s) of law, and discussed the court's analysis. (IRAC at its finest)He also gave helpful outlines. These CDs are very structured and organized, and they helped me see how I should be thinking about 4th Amendment, 5th Amendment, 6th Amendment, and Miranda issues. Plus, the material is interesting. I listened to them while driving and sometimes just before going to sleep. I found that listening to them periodically throughout the semester helped me grasp the material better, but I think they can still help you if you need to do a crash review right before finals. If you really take the time to learn this material and how to apply it, I see no reason for you not to do well in your course.
