As a Licensed Massage Therapist knowlegable with Anatomy I really like this books simplicty showing groups of muscles related with variouse streches. Its great at the end of my sessions for review. I can give clients informed ideas for different streches and know that I am specificaly addressing the tense muscles and tight tendons that I identified threw my massage sessions. Not only does this book do a great job with muscles I have enjoyed the Kinesiology aspect (muscle actions) incorporated within it! Well done! Great buy and value!Book Review: Stretchie

A very basic and small book that gives a pretty good look at stretching from the inside view. I would have liked a bit more in details, but overall I must say it is a good book that is well worth the price for those who would like to know how the muscles are being stretched when used.
