Contained within its bindings is an assortment of stories each one with an unique, and utterly refreshing, point of view. The author has an impressive fluid, poetic like, grasp of the English languages and, I am delighted to say, she is not afraid to use it! "Stranded" is like popcorn--it's light, fluffy, and goes down very easy. The stories cover a variety of subjects and styles, but my favorites, like "Man upon a Rock," "Simple Rules for the Proper Execution of a Suicide," and "Felonious Fruit," make use of Raiser's facility for humor and the unexpected twist at the end. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for the lighter, wittier side of speculative fiction!Book Review: Enjoyable, inticing, exciting read.

Wow does this Author know how to make you think. Amazing deep perspective, I couldnt put this book down. My favorite was "man upon a rock". Looking forward to this talented writers next novel. Money well spent!!!!
