Yoga and Literacy together makes creativitely fun sessions. Most of the children are glued to computers, staring at the screen as their games downloads. Stress at all levels - at school, with homework or with family issues! Storytime Yoga is a great pick for children who are over stressed and especially lack reading habits. It has 26 teaching literary gems with stories from different traditional values. Nicely demonstrated, the book focus on meditation and relaxation techniques with stories of love, generosity, peace and friendship. An Indian story 'Rabbit on the moon' features in Sidney Solis book. A Story teller and a Yoga teacher combination makes the book a gem as Sidney gives indepth information on Yoga and stories with Asanas. The book also has games that adds to fun. A good pick and great character building + healthy tips on Yoga. A nice educative book for classrooms too. Enjoy.
