Book Review: One of the best book/cd combos

Laurie Berkner has great songs, and this book takes one of those great songs and puts beautiful illustrations to those words. This book is all about feelings and what to do when you're feeling sad, angry, happy, and peaceful. The song is incredibly soothing, so I do this at bedtime with my niece and nephew to help them wind down; they want to listen to it over and over agian. My preschoolers at work love it as well; it helps them wind down before quiet time or after outside time when they are wound up!
Most importantly, this book teaches kids that it's OK to to feel angry or sad or whatever you are feeling, and that what's most important is what they do WITH those feeling.
