Book Review: To Snore or Not To Snore
Summary: 5 Stars
Rob Simon provided an entertaining look at a problem that many people throughout the world face every night - snoring. He detailed his journey for a cure - and he literally tried about everything. He partnered his experience with the scientific data of why we snored and well as what worked for others and the effectiveness of each method throughout the snoring world. It was also a fairly quick read.
On the downside, a lot of the information is readily available for free on the Internet. He did do an excellent job of compiling lots of knowledge in one source that had me laughing on several occasions. Personally, I would rather read a 150 pages book than comb through 25 websites to find the information that I really want.
In summary, don't think reading this book is going to automatically sure your snoring. You have to actually follow through and attempt many different strategies to see what works for you.
