I thought I would never find a program that was actually exciting. I've tried many other brands and I was bored. I enjoy studying now. It has real French conversations as opposed to actors playing roles who sound too rehersed. The conversations are also written down and you can see and practice the difference between what is on the paper and what you hear! They make you understand what you hear by using colors, which is very convenient. The method, which makes you repeat the dialog, has already improved my ability to understand and speak French, in no time. It's clear and efficient. I love it!Book Review: the lost bean

I found The Smart French series volumes 1 and 2 a very effective way to study French. They easily teach the useful words that you hear in everyday conversation. They do this in with a minimum amount of time spent vs words you learn. I think the most helpful aspect of this series for me is that it plays the words as they sound in a real environment. A number of other courses I have purchased in the past seem to be built around words and phrases that you will probably never hear, and are unlikely to use (unless you need to buy a bowler hat.) I would recommend these products.Book Review: Listen to the native!

I learned of SmartFrench on some online discussion about French learning
tools. I actually just decided to learn French since it is a really useful
language recognized by UN. I saw online that many native French teachers
recommend this product. I tried the demo on the website, I think it will
work, since it makes me get familiar with the French language. I like the
method. I think it's a good way to learn French.This is definitely an affordable product compared with lots of so-called immersion programs offered by language institutions.

I just went over the beginners level for the french lesson and I asked to myself, " Why didn't my french instructors from France, teach me how to read the material or even pronounce the alphabet correctly?" I review some of the material in the book and french is way easier to learn with your program. Thank you for making the cds audios and software. No other programs work for me at all, Not even other "learn french online for free" websites. Thank you Thank you Thank You.
