...but I just wanted to add that the Dresden series had slipped to point of being not as "fresh" as I would have liked. I still eagerly awaited the new books but I was not pre-ordering the hardback copies anymore. With the ejection of a bit of youthful exuberance by his apprentice, Harry is back at the top of my list.Book Review: Great Story

Butcher just gets better and better in his leather coated wisard/detective named Dresden. Most of my favorite characters are back: Michael, Karrin and Mab. Is there anything more challenging than a beautiful yet evil, motive never certain fairy queen? No such thing as a "small favor" when dealing with magic. I am a huge fan of all of this author's books. He has fantastic wit, good character and plot development and is a very interesting and entertaining read. I would recommend this author to anyone who not only enjoys the fantasy realm but all those who enjoy a good read with lots of twists and turns.Book Review: Awesome book.

I started reading the series backwards from this. I didn't understand the characters that much, but I got most of it. This book is awesome. It isn't the hardest adult novel I've read, and I'm 15. I like the action, the humor, the story, and most of all... Harry Dresden's awesomeness.Book Review: Another Good Book

I purchased this book to almost complete my collection of Dresden File novels. I've just started it and don't like to put it down. It starts out well and is getting very good as it goes along. I strongly recommend Jim Butcher to anyone who likes Sci-FI and Fantasy novels.
