Book Review: Um....what? I didn't get this book at all.

My 4 year old told me that he wanted a 'Skippy Jon Jones' book. He told me the teacher read it to his class. I couldn't find the original, so I bought this one. When I read it, I didnt understand it and thought it was a little bizarre and too out there, especially for a 4 year old. I figured maybe I was tired and left it in his bookshelf for another time. My husband read it to my son a couple of days later. He came downstairs and said to me "that was the WEIRDEST children's book I have ever read". I am still going to try and purchase the original, I just think the author might have been drinking when she wrote this one, lol.Book Review: The worst children's book EVER!

This was the worst book I have EVER read to my daughter. I have no idea how it even got published. Don't waste your money. It repeatedly calls the "sphinx" the "finx" and that is just the beginning of the issues I have with this book.
