Book Review: A must have for any DARK ANGEL fan!

Continuing where the series left off after the FOX network cut this great TV series life line way to short just to replace it with a future failure. This book shows how the transgenics deal with being trapped in a ghetto of toxic waste surrounded by the army and facing a serial killer who might be one of their own- a transgenic. I know, I know... would seem better on screen then rather on paper. But what can we do? Unless FOX desides to give us a movie... at least.oO( FOX TAKE A HINT! )Oo
Book Review: Alec and Joshua Centerstage

One point about SKIN GAME that I haven't seen mentioned in the previous reviews are how Alec and Joshua get to take centerstage for a great deal of the book. The two transgenics carry the plot throughout the second half of the novel quite admirably, and I applaud Max Allan Collins for continuing to develop my two favorite characters.In fact, there's one lengthy "Alec" scene that I would love to have seen filmed. Read the book and you'll see what I mean.

Lets face it, if you don't like the series you won't buy the books.However, fans of the show will find them enlightening! The novel forms of the series takes on the same feel of the program. You would be forgiven for believing Collins wrote some of the episodes, these novels are as good! While reading, we are given insight to the questions that we were left with at the end of "freak nation".
Well worth a read!

Needless to say anyone who watched "Dark Angel" was left with a ton of questions when the series ended. This book helps to answer alot of them and at least free's your minds of the "what if's and how will they?" questions. I highly recommend this book to any "Dark Angel" fan. I also ask that people keep e-mailing fox until they bring the series back.

What a wonderful and exciting book! I finished it in one day I enjoyed it so much. It takes off right when the show ended, and wow what a ending!!! I recommend this book to anyone who misses the show. It is very true to the show and its like the show has come back. All of the characters we loved and hated are all in this book. It is so worth reading! I loved it!
