Slap the word 'organic' on the cover of any other cookbook you have and you have this book. I've seen the recipes before in other books and would have preferred the author to talk about food items that are primarily grown organically or are only found in the wild. Maybe more information on growing your own organic vegetable garden and then bringing them into the kitchen and then their return to the compost pile? The sustainability of the full circle household.
