Book Review: LOVE IT! Super easy way to keep a diary.

I have had a difficult time writing in a journal or diary consistently in the past, but as soon as I got this I was able to start. It only takes a couple of minutes to fill out a page, so it was an easy habit to get into every night. Some days have more interesting questions/topics than others, but it's still a good way to capture what is going on in your life at the moment. I liked that the book asks specific questions, so I didn't get overwhelmed trying to write about my entire day or how I was feeling about a million different things. It's been about a year since I bought it and filled it out, and it's really fun to look through and reflect on what was important at the time.
The only negative feedback I have about the book is that it is too short--I went through the whole thing in three or four months. My boyfriend bought one a few months after I did, and he enjoyed filling it out too (although he has not been consistent and has not finished his yet). I am anxiously awaiting a Volume 2, and I will buy it as soon as it is available! Highly recommended. This would also be a great gift.
I also have All About Us, another guided journal by Phillip Keel. It was also fun to complete but a bit cheesy--I liked Simple Diary more.
