Book Review: Great Reference Tool

This is a great reference tool for Sibelius 6 and much needed. It is straight forward and well organized. The index is clear and easy to use. Thankfully, this is a straight forward reference book which does not use the annoying "lesson" approach which seems to plague Sibelius. Frankly, if I want to be taught via "lessons", I'll take a class. I short, I strongly recommend this book to anyone who uses Sibelius and doesn't want to waste time searching for answers to their questions.

This reference manual is divided into nine chapters containing smaller topics: inputting, notations, text, playback & video, power tools, plug-ins, parts, layout & engraving, and files. You'll also find the index very useful for locating information on specific areas of the program; or you can check the visual index if you know how you want something to look, but you don't know what it's called.
