Fueled by vengeance and hatred, King Seti denounced his god Setekh for killing his lover Ashai. In retaliation, Setekh cursed Seti to remain mummified for five thousand years. Five thousand years later, Logan Ashton is working in the National Museum of Natural History for Dr. Lincoln Perry when he stumbles upon a sarcophagus with a mummy inside. After taking a peek, Logan decides to leave well enough alone. Seti's curse is broken and he comes to life ensuring that Logan is now officially in trouble. Seti still wants revenge against Setekh. While he figures out how to get back at him, he decides to claim Logan for his own. Logan is falling for Seti, but because of Dr. Perry's secret, there are thugs with guns chasing them. Even if they can keep from getting killed, do Logan and his ancient lover have a shot at a future together?
A mummy, several bad guys, a few really good friends, and really hot sex make Seti's Heart a great story. Logan is an average guy who finds himself in a most unusual predicament. Seti is stubborn, sexy, and very commanding. His ancient ideas collide with modern times and create some really amusing moments. Seti's Heart has angst, action, romance, and a really hot king. It's a fun story with a very clever and creative plot and some great characters. I loved it!

Summary of Seti's Heart
Cursed by the god who shares his name, Seti was an Egyptian king who lost everything; his name, his kingdom, even the man he loved more than anything in the world. For centuries he's waited in a dusty, forgotten sarcophagus, until Logan comes along. Logan is a graduate student who stumbles on Seti in the basement of a museum and accidentally awakens him. Logan figures any way he looks at it, a missing mummy is going to be bad for his career, so he takes Seti with him until he can decide what to do. He doesn't want to be accused to theft, but who's going to believe in a mummy coming back to life? Seti and Logan have a lot more to worry about than the modern day police. There's a group of scientists that want Seti for more than decoration and a vengeful god with an agenda to get Seti gone once and for all. Logan has to deal with all of that, but his biggest problem might just be Seti himself, who's trying hard to get into Logan's pants, and his heart.General Books
