Book Review: Serpent of Light

The Serpent of Light is my first book on Druvaldo Melchizedec. It is one of the those books which tells the truths about what is happening in our world today and the depletion and destruction of the planet that supports our very life.
Drunvalo Melchizedec has a writing style that is easy to follow, with not too much technical jargon.
The contents are of interest to readers who like me, like detailed explanations of events, along with points of reference, not just generalizations.
To me, the book presents a new slant on old subjects, giving the reader a better understanding of unrecorded history.
His writing indicates, he knows his subjects well, and with him being an active participant in the events, gives the book more credibility, which again, is something I personally prefer.
Whilst not spelled out, I imagine, the location of the Serpent Light in Tibet is or was, what is commonly known as the mythical Shabhala.
As with many books that deal with unrecorded history, we need to remain balaced in our assessment of events like Atlantis, for not all can be taken as gospel truth.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed reading The Serpent Light.

Book Review: Interesting adventures, avant garde info

Drunvalo is great at telling stories of synchronistic adventures and avant-garde metaphysical info, including angelic guides and ETs who are shaping the destiny of our civilization. In this new book Drunvalo describes how he was guided to participate in ceremonies at sacred sites using sacred objects to assist in the transition of the Earth's kundalini energy line from Tibet across to South America, and the shift from masculine to feminine energy dominance foreseen accompanying the end of the Mayan Calendar in 2012. Drunvalo has some remarkable stories to tell and meets a variety of native elders and shamen as he completes his journey. I don't know how accurate the ideas he presents here about Earth kundalini and 2012 are, but it's an interesting read even just for the window into some native cultures. For example, whether or not you believe some ancient mesoamericans placed their consciousness into crystal skulls upon their death, you have to admit it's an intriguing concept. So I recommend that you enjoy this book but don't assume all Drunvalo says (or his guides say) is gospel truth or reliable facts.Book Review: Serpent of Light Beyond 2012. -More evidence

I couldn't put this book down and completed reading it in two days. It confirmed a lot of other facts that I have read regarding the coming of the new era of global consciousness and integration, that will accompany the rise of the feminine energy, as it engulfs our planet and society with new and more nurturing values. South America will become the hot pilgrimage destination as was India and Tibet to date. The predicted rise of the earth's kundalini and the consequent rise in consciousness it will bring, should be a reminder that within our own bodies this is also possible. This is the type of book you can't wait to pass on to friends who are also on the path in search of truth and light.

Book Review: Acknowledgment of the Native Americans

This latest book from Drunvalo gave you a detailed account of the part of his extra-ordinary experience related to his native American root. It helped me understand the critical role played by the 'red race' in our planetary ascension. A really nice works. I felt like reading The Celestine Prophecy, a book I couldn't put down once started, except this book recorded historical happenings.
I wish he could provide more insights of what's beyond 2012 as the title suggested. However, maybe that is all we need to know for the time being.

I have read a lot of "New Age" material. He hits on all of it in one way or another. But as most purveyors of New Age belief would say,"you must look inside to find the truth." One idea is promoted consistently. And to believe and act through one's heart IS what "all there is" is all about! On the back of the book it says that Drunvalo is a good story teller. He is that! And MY mind is open to all of the possibilities that what he is saying is valid. Thanks, Drunvalo! It is an easy read that presents a personal journey about what is happening for the future;a belief I share!
