Book Review: Soothing and Relaxing, Time Well Spent

This CD is fantastic for tuning out mind chatter and plugging into Spirit and relaxing yourself mentally and physically. Tina's voice is comforting and real and she makes it feel like a friend is with you and guiding you. The CD is divided into four meditations that can stand on their own or be listened to in succession. Even people that think they don't have "time" to meditate will find it easy to pop this CD in and spend ten minutes in Serenity by choosing just one track. I highly recommend this even for 'type A' people that don't think they are the type to meditate, because they will be able to let go of stress with this CD. I have been able to use the "Message in a Bottle" meditation to get answers from my subconcious and from Spirit, and the very first meditation in particular is really great for relaxing your mind and body for sleep. I have several meditation CD's and find that I turn to Tina's CD again and again, because it really works to help me unwind after a busy day. The only downside to this CD is that you can't listen in the car because it's so effective at relaxing you!
