This CD is one of the best meditation CD's I own. Tina's voice is so soothing that I just feel the muscles relax. I try to listen to it during the day, for a much needed break. Before bedtime helps as well to fall asleep with. Tina has a gift, when it comes to relaxing you, which I have not found on other CD's. This is one to try......you won't be disappointed.
