Book Review: It Really Does Work!!!

I was skeptical about this CD, but after reading the other reviews I decided to give it a try. I had recently read a book about self-esteem and was trying to be more aware of and correct my negative thinking.
I've been playing this CD at night in bed. I never really got very far in it before falling asleep and wasn't really sure if it was doing any good or not.
But after dealing with a difficult person in my life who is usually the type to make you feel bad about yourself, I found myself repeating the affirmations from the CD instead of the usual negative things I've repeated to myself since I was little.
I stopped dead in my tracks, thinking WOW!!! It worked!! And after dealing with that person I was so upbeat and relaxed instead of tired and worn-out.
I definitely recommend this CD.
Book Review: This Audio book is AMAZING!

I purchased this audio and began listening to it in my Ipod at night before going to sleep. I would let it play on repeat while I slept.
I am going to be honest and tell you at first my husband and I thought it sounded pretty childish but to my amazement, I started noticing a change in how I felt after a few weeks of listening as I slept.Her voice is very soothing and it helped me sleep but also comforted me after a hard day.
My self confidence and overall feeling of well being has improved and I do believe that it is because of this audiobook.
I don't go to sleep without it as crazy as that may sound but, in my industry (Acting) self confidence can be depleted on a daily basis with rejection etc.
I highly recommend this item!

I bought this from itunes about three days ago. It is very relaxing. I have noticed I do feel better after I listen to it. Some of the reviews complained of the music but I thought the music was pretty good. I think it will really calm me down after a hectic day. I listen to the affirmations on my ipod while I'm cooking dinner or cleaning the house and say the affirmations after Louise Hay does. My husband and kids think I have gone crazy! ;)But to know if it works you have to give it all you got right!? I'll update after thirty days and let ya know how it went. I read a review on another website that the person sat in front of a mirror and said the affirmations. Might try this as well. We'll see how that goes. I am new to Louise Hay starting with her You Can Heal Your Life Book. I read that gave it to my daughter to read. I saw this CD and bought it because of the subliminal side. I listen to it work and again when I go to sleep. My 10 year old son listens to it with me and now can't wait to go to sleep so he can play this CD. It's actually very sweet!!!!! I feel alot calmer now and my hair trigger temper has been calmed significantly. I can see a change in my son's behavior as well and I truly am thankful for that. I say buy it, and try it. I'm so glad I did.
