Book Review: GOOD BOOK BUT BAD BIDING

A BEAUTIFUL BOOK ARTISTICALLY, TECHNICALLY AND SCIENTIFICALLY EXCELLENT. ALL WHAT A ONE NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT HOW TO WORK OUT IN YOGA. IN MANY WAYS ITS WORTH READ, RE-READ AGAIN AND AGAIN, SO MANY INFORMATION IS IN THERE. BY THE WAY, LOOK CAREFULLY TO THE ANATOMY ART WORKS, AMAZING. VERY GLAD HAVE THEM TO HELP ME ON MY STRETCHING AND YOGA WORK OUT. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THE SPIRAL BIDING! IT MAKES THE BOOK LOOKS CHEAP. THE WORK INSIDE IT DO DESERVE A MUCH BETTER COVER.
