Book Review: Who was following the plot??

This was a huge disappointment. There were too many characters. The characters were not described in sufficient detail to keep track of them. The story jumped around constantly, like every 3 pages. Then the book just ended, no real conclusion. I made myself read the entire book because I kept hoping it would come together with some kind of story, but I wasted my time.
