I have just found out that I have Rosaeca. The doctor gave me pamphlets that contain very basic information. I was so pleased that I ordered this book. It contains information on everything a person with Rosaeca needs to know. It is like an owners manual for Rosaeca. It contains help with everything from psychological, diet, different methods to deal with this condition. Although most Rosacea sufferers are familiar with some of the information in the book,there is also a wealth of information that the authors bring to light! I've had rosacea for about eight years and felt pretty hopeless about it. I didn't know all the things I could actually do to ameliorate the symptoms. I read this book three weeks ago and already my face looks much better. This book has been a real gift to me. JJ
