Gordon Ramsays' book has made many of his previously misunderstood actions
comprehensible to me.
His face is like a map of his past;and reading of his childhood explained much and elicited my sympathy for that little boy who would become so driven.
Ther are lessons to be learned throughout about cooking,and the perfect way to approach and perform the skills needed.The book is very easy to read,full of explanations,and it has given me an entirely different outlook on restaurants and how they function.
A quite enjoyable read,all in all.
