Book Review: The best collection of recipes I've found...

I was at a cookbook fair in southern Alabama a few weeks back, this cookbook caught my attention because the Lemon Gingersnap recipe was a winner in the recipe contest which the recipe had to use an Alabama Product-I went to check the cookbook out and could not believe the wonderful recipes I found as I browsed through the book. The Lemon Gingersnaps were available for tasting and they are some of the most unique and delicious cookies I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. I purchased a copy for myself - but now only after a week of using this book full of family favorite recipes, I am purchasing additional copies for Christmas gifts for my sister and friends who love to cook. I am a huge fan of charity cookbooks and these recipes are all from cookbooks all over. I can't wait to try a few recipes tonight. LOVE this cookbook!
