I bought this book because I thought it would be fun to try some raw food. I'm not a raw vegan, but was looking for some variety and change to my diet.
For being on an leisure "raw" diet, this book didn't appeal to me. There are no pictures, and the recipes that I have tried were not tasty. In fact, one of the soups was really bad. I know there are better books out there than this one!
