Book Review: Excellent for New to Raw.
Summary: 5 Stars
If you are new to RAW this is an excellent resource. Ms. Cornbleet takes you by the hand, and leads the way. She assumes that you do not know anything. She begins with very basic things [carrot juice] and builds on this.
I found it very helpful and usable. She includes shopping lists and building block recipes.
She also has a nice tips section. I actually learned things that I have been doing incorrectly over the years.
