Book Review: ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE

I have read this book at least twice. This is one of the finest books available on Vocal Technique that I have ever read. Jaime doesn't miss a beat. While I was reading it, I tried many of the suggested exercises of which all of them worked. I especially liked that he had some of the A-List instructors make a contribution when it came to their own niche. Not many authors are willing to share the spotlight. This shows humility,sincerity, and respect -- he really is out there to be of service to the student -- really wants the student to succeed. I have been a fan of Jaime's for many years. If you don't have his first edition of this book, I highly recommend that you buy both. This is a system of teaching that will take your voice to higher and higher levels. The coach never gets a coach, but I consider Jaime to be one of mine. I have learned a lot from these books. This is a must have -- the real deal.Book Review: "The" Vocal Bible

Amazing book! Awesome deal on the price (well worth more) this book is just overflowing and oozing with information on every aspect of singing and the voice. Seriously, the contents of this book could probably account for a good 85%-90% of the knowledge a professional singer would ever need in their entire lifetime! Sure, there's always something new to learn with the voice but Jamie provides a rock solid foundation here that will give you results way beyond what you could ever even imagine! No matter what style or where you want to go vocally Jamie will give you the keys to vocal freedom so that you can produce the sound you want and do it effortlessly! I have been singing my whole life. I ran into problems with my voice several years ago and felt as if I was lost in a dark maze with no light at the end to help me find my way out.
Jaime's book, "Raise your Voice, 2nd edition" IS that light.
Through his book he has helped set me on the path to vocal freedom!
Everything he has included there makes perfect sense to me and I am no longer frustrated with my voice and afraid to sing.
The book is easy to read and understand and I use it as my vocal Bible.
I hightly suggest this book to ANYONE who wants to improve his/her singing voice, whether or not vocal problems exist.
Just learning to use the "Micro breath" has helped me tremendously!

Book Review: MUST HAVE FOR ALL SINGERS!

Regardless of you experience this book will have somethign useful for you to learn. And if your new to singing...this book will set you off in the right direction.
this book is pure 21st century doctrine and not based off 16th century doctrine taught by many vocal coaches.
I have been singing my entire life and of course like many singers ran into vocal trouble, (we all do) This book really helped me to get over many of those problems. If i have a serious question, i always have a personal session with the author Jaime =)
Bottom line, if your serious about singing, and want to eithe rhave it as a hobby or want to do it professionaly like me, this book WILL help bigtime.......bigtime...
Book Review: Incredible

Jaime's unique isolation method is the best I've seen so far. I have tried many systems but none of them delivered the way his has. Well written and incredibly packed with information not even just from him but from other top vocal coaches as well. It comes with sound clips so you know what it is supposed to sound exactly like along with access to his site where you can watch full video demonstrations of him training his students. What also comes with it is membership to his site where he is an active participant to provide constant service as well as talking to others dedicated to the same craft. A must have for the dedicated vocalist.
