Book Reviews of RAWvolution: Gourmet Living CuisineBook Review: Perfection Summary: 5 Stars
This is my new gold standard. All aspiring and current raw foodists should own this book. Period. I have never made a bad recipe. The pictures are glorious and recipes are quick and tasty. It is gourmet food with fast food prep times. His marinara is classic, and many other recipes have become part of my standard rotation.
Book Review: delicious and easy to prepare recipes Summary: 5 Stars
This book has recipes that are both delicious and easy to prepare. This is one the first book that really offers raw food recipes that can pass for the cook version. The tostadas and matt burgers are incredible. Make sure to try the chocolate coconut haystacks desert, they are like little mouthfuls of heaven.
Book Review: Great Mix of Simple and Complex Recipes Summary: 5 Stars
Matt does a great job of including simple, easy to prepare recipes in this book. And he has pictures of just about every recipe! The ingredients he uses aren't too exotic, but I do wish he's use a little less Nama Shoyu over all. His introduction is nice and brief, and the book is very well laid-out.
Book Review: Great Beautiful Book Summary: 5 Stars
I am extremely inspired to begin to go raw. I have made a couple of delicious recipes and i feel like i am seeing vegetables in a new light : ) This book is beautiful and shows the true colors of raw food very well. I am excited to continue to feel better and eat better thanks to this book
Book Review: Great easy recipes for beginners Summary: 5 Stars
This book is full of great recipes that are pretty easy to make with little preparation (soaking nuts being the most time consuming but simple). Some reviewers found the recipes a little salty and I would agree I would reduce the salt amount in recipes and the same with the Namo Shoyu.
