Regardless of your dietary needs, or food preference the recipes in this book are excellent. You need so many appliances though! He recommends a dehydrator, high speed blender, juicer, etc. I don't own half of the appliances needed to prepare the food in this book (have been using a regular blender successfully), so I have only been able to make half of it's recipes--unless you feel like running your oven all night!Book Review: A life changing book!

This book has made such an impact in my life. Its beautiful color plates and simple recipes made me want to try everything...and everything I've tried has been amazingly healthy and quite delicious. Each time I've invited company to try out my new dishes, they've ordered a copy of this cookbook. Now we have raw food parties, each bringing a couple of dishes from RAWvolution, and have a delicious GUILT-FREE banquet.Book Review: Rawvolution the best!

I have read a number of raw cook books to help me change my diet, but this one is the best. Every recipe has been great.
There is a nice mix of information with the recipes. This may not be the best starter cook book for a raw diet but it is one that will keep you going. The recipes are not hard to put together, and everything is explained very well. My favorite so far is the eggless egg salad.

Everything I've made from this book has been delicious so far! It's also very beautifully laid out, great photographs, and easy to read. He has symbols for each recipe which tell u difficulty level, and which appliances will be needed, so u don't have to read through the whole recipe first to know what your getting into. I've only been cooking for a year so I was looking for something that was easy. I've made a couple of the soups and the ranch dressing. I also like making slight variations to the recipes. When using all organic ingredients the taste is unbelievable. The book is well laid out, and easily stays open on the kitchen table when you need to refer to a recipe.
