I teach pastry making and this is the one book I turn to first when I need to make a new product. 95% of the times the product will come out pretty much the way it's supposed to. Having this book by my side is like having the entirety of the Le Cordon Bleu knowledge about French pastries at my disposal. What a fantastic resource! I have the study guide on kindle but I really wish this book would be made available on kindle.Book Review: Excellent book for all bakers .. a must have

I have used this textbook at work for 3 years, and had to have one for my personal collection. I would also purchase from this seller again. Who say's you have to go to school? just kidding, but for those who just can't go to school to be a pastry chef this book will take you to the next level. I'm a student at a culinary arts college and this is the book we use for our baking class. You can tell that the book has years of experience behind it and input from chefs from all over the country. This book may not be the best for a novice cook, but if you already know your way in the kitchen you can learn a lot from this book.Book Review: Amazing!
