Book Review: Helpful under the right context

I own 2 other Robert Bruce books, Energy Work and Astral Dynamics so I was naturally drawn to this book... I must say, it was quite a surprise to read the contents of this book. The aforementioned books didn't have the same intense writings of "negs" and they're terrifying and real effects on humans.

Being a practical person, it took me a while to fully assimilate this information into my existing system and have it make sense as well as work for me. I was pretty skeptical of the raw power and influence Bruce claims the negs can have on humans until I made a few connections myself. The problem for me was my assumptions and biases of "negs" from social media and stories... It wasn't until I realized that essentially, they are thought-forms and patterns of negative energy, which I've had my fair share of experience with.

A quick experience I had with one of the techniques in this book. I was VERY sick during the winter of 08 and I resonate with the reality that all sickness comes from imbalances in the mind and body. In most cases, it is the mind being too loud to pay attention to the body, thus losing communication. Stuck in bed, I decided to try a technique that I just read in Psychic Defense... The postcard technique to be specific. I remember doing this exercise for about 2 hours straight, digging through my psyche of all the unconscious baggage my mind was holding on to... personal issues if you will... and slicing and burning them to nothingness with my awareness.

Going into the exercises, I had a temperature, fever, coughing and cold sweats... Leaving the 2 hour session, I was free of all symptoms and on the fast track to complete recovery! I will never forget the significance of that experience.

So in conclusion, a very helpful book and an eye-opener into the world of thought forms, psychic happenings and helpful techniques and information to add to one's toolbox in this day and age of evolution.
