Book Review: Plum heaven.....

Whenever I can get my hands on a Stephanie Plum novel I am in heaven!! She is so much fun to read. There will never be enough stories of her for me. As a female bounty hunter she is strong in her own feminine way with good instincts. With just enough bumbling to be lots of fun. She is so relateable and reminds me of my junior high girl friends, giving the kinds of laughs that kids share for hours.
Throw in the mystery and boyfriends, who are there to be hero just when necessary, not to mention the loveable family, especially grandma and obviously you have a hit, over and over.
I can't wait for more books because even if they do make movies or tv shows I will always read Janet's books first.

Plum Lucky is a root beer float kind of book. It bubbles and tickles your nose and makes you laugh. There is not one serious word in this book. I laughed out loud more than once. At our house the reviews are not rated with stars, they get laughing snorts and I give this a 5 snort rating.
Joe and Ranger both make cameo appearances and neither cares for Diesel. There is, however, a new male in Steph's life. His name is Doug and he makes quite an impression.
If you want angst and social commentary, this isn't your book. If you don't care if you snort when you laugh, go get it right now!

Janet Evanovich 'in between novels' are excellent. I love Diesel.
This was really funny. Lula with her modeling, and the part when she kept dropping her coins on the floor as a distraction was hilarious.
I wish there were more of the boyfriends, though, but still a excellent read.
The Horse fart was really funny, and how the people were complaining in Stephanies building.
When Stephanie drove the armored car through Rangeman gate I would love to see Ranger's expression, lol.
If you love Stephanie Plum, I'd recommend this novel.

Stephanie Plum is back with the usual funny cast of characters. Grandma Mazur has found a bag full of money and is off to Atlantic City to play the slots. Lula has an offer to be a plus-size model. Diesel is the main man in this book, but Morelli and Ranger make brief appearances too. A leprechaun wannabe talks to animals, a horse is kidnapped, and oh yes, there are some exploding cars. You know, the usual stuff in a Stephanie Plum novel. The action is fast and furious and the laughs just keep coming as this short, between-the-numbers book rolls to a climax. Doesn't take long to get through this wonderful book by Janet Evanovich.
Grandma ---- will keep you laughing all the way through.
The ususal crew blows up cars, gets into trouble, and runs totally clueless through the pages.
As usual, mom has dinner, Stephanie has too many boyfriends, and all's well, and it ends well.
Can't wait for the next one to follow this one. Something about a Armored car smashing through a security gate. Has to be a sequel of some kind.
Should be another afternoon of fun.
