With 4 boys, this was an eagerly awaited arrival in our household. I tuned out quickly and just flipped through pages looking at the cool set-up. The boys read every fine line, every corner and have probably memorized the book. A book WELL-READ in our house. i gave this book as a gift to an 8-year-old boy, and he was absolutely thrilled. He marched right upstairs and assembled the pirate ship model, then came back within the hour to show it to his mom and me. It's a book AND a toy combined!Book Review: Beautifully done
