Book Review: A great tool for evangelization!

Many people buy this book for children not to read themselves. I have bought several copies even though I have not read all of it. Even for adults it is useful for learning who did what to whom in the historical books concerning the kings. It is truly great for getting children, particularly boys, who feel they are to old for picture Bibles, but not old enough for the real thing. In addition to giving this to your children, God children, nephews etc. Why not try to place the book in Barbershops, Dentist and Doctors offices. Any where people wait. I have managed to get a copy into my public library. I pushed it as a way to build cultural literacy. After all the Bible and Bible stories are constantly refered to in books, periodicals, televsion, music, and of course political speeches. Thus having this on the shelves of your library will serve an imporant secular educational purpose. Naturally the book circulates well, and is dirty so I know it is heavily used. But it does seem to be holding up under the use as not a page seems to be missing. In conclusion a great tool for evangelization, buy it, give it.
