I purchased "Picasso and Lump" for what turned out to be a most welcome gift for Dachshund lover/owners. Before giving it to them, my husband and I both read it and found it totally charming, as well as revealing of a side of Picasso's character that is little known. Touching story played out in pictures of the relationship between Picasso and Lump - his dachshund. The favorite picture is one of Picasso eating every bit of fish at dinner with Lump looking on. Got this for my husband for his birthday - it sits on his bedside table - this book is a real treat!
