Book Reviews of Photoshop Elements 6: The Missing ManualBook Review: A must-have for real understanding Summary: 5 Stars
I am so impressed to find this book goes into the 'nitty-gritty' of Elements, explaining how the various facilities work, not just giving examples and how to achieve them like so many of the other books on Elements do. But there is room for both type of book, just that I particularly like to understand how I'm achieving the result.
Book Review: ESSENTIAL TO USE THE PHOTOSHOP PROGRAM Summary: 5 Stars
If you are not familiar in any way with the Photoshop programs (like myself), this book is absolutely, positively, without a doubt ESSENTIAL! To the Adobe people: If you are going to sell such a complicated program at this price, you've got to put an instruction book in the box that is actually worth a darn!
Book Review: A need to have for elements 6 Summary: 5 Stars
As the cover says'The missing manual'. This is exactally what it is. This book should be sold with the program. Without it I would be lost in this very extensive program. The book is very extensive and is easy to read without being condescending. This is truely a must have to totally enjoy this great program.
Book Review: Help when you need it Summary: 5 Stars
This book takes you step by step through the winding and confusing road that is Photoshop. It makes what you want to do actually possible. Not quickly, but eventually possible. Photoshop is powerful but confusing. This book and lots of patience will help you get your project done. A must have.
Book Review: Read the book Summary: 5 Stars
This is a great book. It seems to have most of the answers to the questions I've had. I also purchased another book with this one that I just rec'd yesterday.....the photoshop elements 6 book for digital photographers by Scott Kelby and Matt Kloskowski. These books compliment each other.
