Book Reviews of Patrick Swayze: One Last DanceBook Review: One Last Dance Summary: 5 Stars
I read this book after reading His & Lisa's book. This book has insights of more of what his family & friends have to say about him. The writer has caught the True Man of Patrick Swayze, and his wife Lisa. It is a very good book. It has a lot of pictures of him and his family & friends. She has written about and told the stories that his costars and friends have known and LOVED him. I like the way she starts out the book with the birth of Patrick and His mom. It also has a chapter about his father and sister that died and how it affected him. I laughed and cried when reading the different parts of his life. He gives a lot of credits to his family and friends. I really enjoy a book that tells the inside of a person and what their feelings were and are.
It is a shame that she did not get to have Patrick's insight and comments before he left us. I know that i have a better understanding of him and his family for reading this Great Story.
It is well worth every $$. Read You Will Love It. And I ( like I said before ) read it last. Both books go together.
Thanks Patrick for being such a great actor, loving husband, son, brother and most of a very kindly gentleman and shearing your life with us. ALL my prayers to YOUR LOVE ONES. I MISS you, looking forward to all your great movies on DVD & TV. Now you can say to "Lisa" instead of "molly"....LOVE.

Patrick Swayze: One Last Dance, with never-before-heard stories including his insatiable drive for pushing the limits and his many brushes with death, his early family life and fairytale love story with his wife Lisa Niemi, and how his refusal to be typecast led him to roles that fell both in and out of favour with critics and fans alike. Surprising and fascinating details, such as the heavy tension on the set of Dirty Dancing with co-star Jennifer Grey, the inspiration behind Patrick's drag queen character Vida Boheme on To Wong Foo, and Patrick's struggle to deal with his Sexiest Man Alive status and the throngs of women who came along with it, will captivate his myriad fans.
