PSYCH-K is a big disapointment. This book does nothing to help. All it does is tell the reader that they need to find the "live" classes with paid instructors. This is the worst book I have ever gotten from Amazon.Book Review: Beware all who enter here !!!!

This book contains NO instructions on Psych-K. It is a sales piece for the author's workshops only!!!!! I returned it.
I wanted to rate it zero stars, but that wasn't an option.

Psych-K is a $22 rip-off! The print and spacing in this 150 page paperback are so large, the entire text could have been done as a pamphlet. :-(
