Book Review: The most useful self-improvement method after EFT

The book is very clearly written. It does require a willingness to change our erroneous beliefs. For me it is one of the most useful books together with the DVD that I have encountered in recent years. I am most impressed.Book Review: only buy it if you plan to take the workshop.

Honestly you WILL be disappointed with this book if you are not planning to take a PSYCH-K workshop. But if you ARE going to take the workshop or have taken it already, it helps you to understand all the details of the process. I like the book, but I do think it could have been better. It does the job as an accompaniment to the workshop. As for PSYCH-K itself, it is astounding. The workshop is AWESOME. I have been to the beginner's workshop twice and you DO learn how to do balances (unlike what another reviewer wrote). And I plan to take the advanced workshop as well because in my opinion it is absolutely worth the money. I was able to clear the emotional pain of something incredibly difficult from my past and my life has done nothing but improve since experiencing that "balance".
Getting to the subconscious is the only way I have ever learned to stop sabotaging my conscious efforts to heal and be a better person. And PSYCH-K is the best way I have learned to access the subconscious. For those who have experience with EFT the respnse is similar but I feel like PSYCH-K is deeper and safer. I have in the past learned Reiki, Karuna Reiki, LA-HO-CHI, acupressure and massage, qigong healing, Bach flower essence healing, and Quantum Touch, but PSYCH-K takes the cake as far as mental and emotional healing.

I love the idea and it was a quick easy read. Not the best book but it certainly got my attention though. It's good if your interested in this subject but don't expect any answers it leaves you hanging. I wish he would not have left the ending with the intent of people buying into his seminar. I would have went to the seminar if I had the option and some kind of answer at the end of this book. I do not like being forced into anything...... to bad it could have been fantastic.Book Review: Sub-conscious communication for Dummies

I read this book in almost one sitting and have since attended the intro Psych-K seminar. I consider the information introduced here to be potentially life changing. The techniques Rob has developed to establish communication between the conscious and sub-conscious self, only introduced in the book, are sophisticated, simple and appear to be very powerful. Time will tell. If you're on the path of self-discovery, this might be a great tool.Book Review: Good book!

An easy to understand and easy to read book about this method, which i currently have no experince from - but you get a good picture of the theory behind the process in this book - and i can highly recommend it to anyone interested in energy psychology and the new techniques of spirituality/psychology!
