And buy this book.
Short and sweet.
For anyone that's ever had anything whatsoever to do with music, be it in a band, as an mc, promoter, sound dude or just as a music fan, get this book.
Not only is it entertaining, slightly appalling (when you see some of the conditions these bands went through touring etc), funny and extremely well written, it's highly inspirational.
If you're a young musician coming up, read it and learn.
If you're an old fart like me that still plays, read and it and say "ha, that sounds just like us"
Whatever, buy it, read it, and then you'll want to read it again.
One of the best books about bands, music I've read, and I've read a lot.
