This book has horrible instructions, on one part it even said, "there are no guidelines for this step". I got this for my 7 year old son who had never done origami and he has done well figuring it out even though the instructions are awful, but my father and I tried for hours to figure these books out. I ordered another origami book for my nephew and it was also for beginners but MUCH easier directions! This one will frustrate you if you don't know how to do origami!Book Review: unhappy with purchase

I recieved an incomplete order and tried three times to contact the seller and got an automatic response asking for the order number which I sent each time and never got another response about. I contacted Amazon about this and never heard back after thier automatic answer either. I will go back to [...] where I get help when there is a problem.
I am very unhappy to have purchased an item that was missing a good part of what I thought I had purchased and even more unhappy to be ignored.
I am not sure I will ever purchase from Amazon again now that I know they really do not care about customer satisfaction.

The item I received was never shipped to the correct location. I got a return label and sent the original back. I re-ordered with the correct shipping location and it STILL didn't get shipped to the correct location. I give up! I won't order any more. When I call your company, I can never talk to a REAL person. BAD business.
