Book Review: Great "beginner" type book full of useful illustrations
Summary: 4 Stars
Exactly my review title suggests, this is a great book written with many photos of dogs.
The book's main purpose is to teach you the different signals dogs use to calm each other (and when they try to calm us!).
I have read a few dog behavior books and still found this one useful.
But in general, the good is very basic and great for those just starting to read about dog behavior.
I gave this book 4 out of 5 stars because I wish there was more to it.
I would recommend because of the great photos!

In this book, Turid identifies what she calls calming signals: "signals used by dogs to prevent things from happening, from avoiding threats from people and dogs to calming down nervousness and fear."?
