Book Review: Good for the average person
Summary: 3 Stars
This is a good book for someone who knows close to nothing about human anatomy, pathophysiology, or medicine and wants to take a crash course. It is well written and passionately discusses back pain in a thorough and clear manner. It goes over everything that is associated with back-pain including psychosocial factors, but the best part of this book is not the stories and examples, it is the exercises illustrated in the back of the book. There are some great exercises Dr. Root talks about in the back of the book, and these exercises you can use all the time, it is great. Has helps my back pain to a certain degree.
